I took over my father’s estate in 2008. At the beginning, I chose to cultivate my vines organically. Today, I exploit 11.5 ha on the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune by respecting the Burgundian tradition.
Wines
All my wines are certified Organic by Ecocert. Our range is varied, consisted of red wines and white wines from Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune.

PULIGNY-MONTRACHET
True nectar of the Gods, thanks to this soil which magnifies the chardonnay. Amplitude, roundness, length: no word enough to express pleasure.

A wilder vintage, with a powerful attack, giving way to a length in the mouth while elegance.

And if it remains, it will be this one! Complex, persistent, voluptuous. What more can be said !
